Corrected entry: After knowing each other just a few days, Adam proposes to Alice and they get married the next day. Under British law, you cannot get married until the registry office has had your notice for at least 15 days. (00:36:00)

Correction: Notice does not need to be given for marriage in the Church of Wales or Church of England. The church requires a notice called a Bann to be arranged with Church. As it is a family church, this wouldn't be a problem to arrange at short notice.

Corrected entry: Heather Graham is playing a web page and CD-ROM author, but in the scene where she's smiling at the flowers in her office (after spending the night with Joseph Fiennes at his place) it's perfecly clear that she can't type.

Correction: It's not that bad - she's using more than 2 fingers. Since it is a design company, she may be there because of her creative skills not her technical ones.

Killing Me Softly mistake picture

Continuity mistake: When Alice and Adam get in the cab outside the bookshop, the number on the back of the taxi is 90167, there are no other markings on the back and the Y on the number plate has a long stalk. When they're pulling away from some traffic lights later, the number has changed to '14290', there are the words "fairaway 95" on the back and the 'Y' has a small stalk. Note that, since the number plate (K651EYW) stays the same, for at least one of the shots they were driving a car around London with the wrong plates on. (00:08:30 - 00:09:25)
