Continuity mistake: In the scene where Madeleine's aunt puts the phot of Madeleine and Freddie in the book, she puts it in so that it cannot really be seen when the book is shut and it is facing backwards. When Madeleine picks up the book, it is facing the other way and is half way out of the book.
