Continuity mistake: The runaway girl that is in Rory Culkin's class has a nose ring in her left nostril in the beginning of the movie and in her right nostril all the way through the rest of the movie.
Revealing mistake: When Kirk Douglas returns from his run in the park the door attendant calls him "Mr. Douglas" and then corrects himself in the next sentence after Kirk waves him off.
