Plot hole: If all the clones are required to shower together, and refusing to do so is a 'breach of protocol', Jo's clone should be present in the showers, but she is not. (00:50:05)
Plot hole: The 3 minutes to destruction scene actually lasts for about 3 minutes and 30 seconds - they're lucky to be alive.
Continuity mistake: In the last scene Gareth Gates was a clone but he had a belly button and the clones didn't have them.
