Factual error: When Dutch is lighting fireworks, he accidentally catches the bag of fireworks on fire. He then throws his coat over the top of the bag. The bottle rockets shoot straight through his heavy winter coat and up into the air. I have never seen a rocket that could do this.

Factual error: When Doyle is eating at the homeless shelter he sets up his silverware wrong. Being the spoiled rich kid that he is, he should know that the dessert spoon goes toward the plate and the soup spoon goes on the outside. The silverware used first always goes to the outside. He can't be a proper rich boy if he can't even do this right.

Continuity mistake: When Doyle is eating at the homeless shelter, he polishes his silverware and lays down a spoon, knife, and another spoon in that order. In the following shots the order changes to spoon, spoon, knife.

Dutch: You know, some day you're gonna get in a situation where you can't call for help. You'll have to depend on yourself, and you'll let yourself down. I'm not calling because I don't want your mother to think we can't make it home on our own. Call it male pride. Good, old fashioned, pig-headed, working-class, pre-fax machine/car phone, masculine pride. No accountants, no lawyers, no mommies, no daddies... no Washington lobbyists. Just a man and his wits.
