Continuity mistake: As she sits waiting for Dr. Sapirstein, Rosemary picks up a TIME Magazine with the cover story "Is God Dead" (April 8,1966) which has a red border and white lettering on top. In the next shot if you look very closely she's reading another magazine that has a red border and yellow lettering. (01:40:40)

Continuity mistake: When we first see her sitting in Doctor Hill's office, Rosemary does not have the white pocketbook beside her on the chair. Later as she reaches down to open her suitcase, the pocketbook appears on the chair. (01:46:45)

Continuity mistake: There's no indication that Rosemary has been reading or even opened up her suitcase while she went from Dr. Sapirstein's office to Dr. Hill, but when she packed her suitcase the red book was on top, now in Doctor Hill's office she opens the suitcase and the red book is on the bottom. Continuity mistake: As they are chasing her, Rosemary gets back into the apartment and looks up Elise Dunstan's phone number in her phone book. The last four digits of the phone number are 2012, but if you look at her as she's dialing, that's not the number she phones. (01:55:55)

In the next shot when Guy and the others walk into in the room Rosemary's entire body is turned around looking at them. (01:56:30)

Continuity mistake: Before she goes into labor Rosemary and Guy's alarm clock above their bed reads 9:30 throughout the scene, but when Dr. Sapirstein injects her with a sedative and she goes into labor the wrist watch that the man on the right of the screen is wearing gives another time which is 11:15. Continuity mistake: Rosemary quick fries half a piece of steak but by the time it gets from the frying pan into her plate it's a different piece without the chunk of fat attached to the side. (01:01:15)

Dr. Hill was indulging Rosemary to calm her. The detrimental effects of fear and stress are real. He never believed her claims were true, but he understood how sincere she was in her belief. He was considering becoming involved in her care until he learned the name of her obstetrician. Dr. Abraham Sapirstein was renowned in his field. Dr. Hill respected him. It would have been foolish to interfere with a patient of Dr Sapirstein. So, again, Rosemary was deceived and betrayed by a man she trusted.
