Chasing Amy

Two comic book publishers, Banky and Holden, have found success with their best selling title, Bluntman and Chronic, based on an idea originated by Holden's friends, Jay and Silent Bob. At a comic-con, Holden meets Alyssa Jones, another publisher. They seem to hit it off and Holden is falling for her. However, he soon finds out that she is a lesbian and he can have no chance with her..... or can he?

Continuity mistake: When Silent Bob is telling the Amy story in the diner, his cigarette mysteriously grows from barely above the filter to about half length, then it disappears from his hand entirely, and he draws a new one. (01:30:40)

Question: Holden tells a fan that he likes to think of Bluntman and Chronic as Rosencrantz and Guildenstern meet Vladamir and Estragon. I know who Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are, but who are Vladamir and Estragon?

Answer: They are the two main characters of the play Waiting for Godot. They spend the entire play in one place waiting for a person who never shows up and talking about random nothingness.
