Corrected entry: When Fred is saying that there is no such thing as monsters, and the monster comes in through the glass, when Fred jumps you can see that he looks straight at the camera when he lands. (00:39:40)
Corrected entry: In the deleted scenes on the DVD, there is a scene where Daphne is showing her new martial arts moves. When she gets stuck in a tree, you can very visibly see the wire that's holding her up.
Correction: This scene was edited out of the movie before they did final touches. Since it was deleted, they didn't bother to clean it up. It would be a waste of time.
Corrected entry: When Big Buffy Shaggy throws the potion Smart Scooby made, notice Shaggy's buffness is from some type of sleeves.
Correction: This error belongs in Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed, not this one.
Corrected entry: Near the end, where the reporters are all gathering around the gang as they exit the park, the reporter on the viewer's right is asking a question, while the reporter besider her, in the green, is mouthing the words at the same time.
Corrected entry: When Daphne is holding onto the front of the theme-park car, she chants "I'm not helpless, I'm not helpless" but in the wideshot of her saying this, her teeth are clenched together! (00:29:05)
Corrected entry: The unstable protoplasm in the presence of the Daemon Ritus causes them to randomly change bodies until the protoplasm realigns with the appropriate body. Velma's and Shaggy's protoplasm were already in the appropriate bodies so they should be stable and would not change bodies. Only Daphne's and Fred's protoplasm were supposed to be unstable and switch bodies.
Corrected entry: In the end of the movie when Shaggy opens the hole to let out Emile Mondavarious, Emile says, "About two years ago." But he couldn't be in there for two years without food or water because he would die after three days because of lack of water.
Correction: What makes you think he was never fed or given water? It makes sense he was kept alive in case he was needed for leverage or information.
Corrected entry: When the gang are in the woods and their protoplasms are changing bodies, Shaggy (as Fred) points to Velma and asks her what's going on, but shouldn't he have pointed at Fred since Fred has Velma's protoplasm in him?
Corrected entry: In the spooky castle on the roller coaster ride, Daphne is about 4 metres away from the swords. It cuts to Fred and Velma at the bookcase, trying to find the secret passage. Velma throws a book to Fred to protect him from the swinging blades. The impact forces him back, and thus turning off the ride. In the time that this happened, Daphne would have already hit the sword blades.
Correction: This isn't shown in real time.
Corrected entry: When Daphne, Mary Jane, Shaggy and Scooby are on the pier waiting for the life guard, a volley ball rolls to Daphne and wakes her and the rest of them up. You see that the ball rolls of the picture and not at Daphene's feet. When she throws the ball back, she picks it up at her feet.
Correction: When Daphne stands up, you can see the ball rolling back and stopping at her feet.
Corrected entry: When Daphne's protoplasma went into Fred, he was wearing a no sleeve white shirt with shorts. A few minutes later when everyone meets in the woods, he is wearing a blue shirt and jeans and carrying Daphne's purse. When did he have time to change? Everyone else is still wearing the same clothes.
Corrected entry: In the bar scene, just after Velma tells the gang's story to the man, we can see that she is dead drunk. Her glasses are askew and her hair is ruffled. Moments later, a monster snatches her up and she is sober, composed, and thinking .
Correction: In the Deleted Scenes on the DVD there is a scene within the bar segment where Velma gets up on a piano and sings a song. In that scene, Mondavarius says to Shaggy and Mary Jane, "She does know Bloody Skulls (the drink she was drinking) are non-alcoholic?" This implies that Velma was not actually drunk, but since she thought that her drink was alcoholic, she was letting her guard down around the cute guy she liked.
Corrected entry: When you see the plane you see MaryJane sitting wearing a blue shirt but when you see her walking in she has on a pink shirt.
Correction: If you slow motion thru the scene, the blue is her denium bag in her lap. Just as the shot changes, she moves the bag, exposing her pink shirt.
Corrected entry: When the group is about to go save Scooby, Velma is wearing the rather revealing sweater, and Daphne is wearing her minidress. When they are setting up the disco skull, Velma is wearing her turtleneck (which we later find on her boyfriend), and Daphne is wearing a pantsuit.
Correction: They would have gone to change before getting ready to rescue Scooby.
Corrected entry: Throughout the movie, Velma's hair is very plain and unstyled and she's not wearing any make-up. After the scene where she gets back control of her body, her hair is styled and she's wearing a lot of make-up. After about five minutes, her hair goes back to looking plain and she's not wearing any make-up.
Correction: Velma's body has just been in control of the monsters. After becoming in control again, she rushes off to find Daphne and then they meet up with Fred and Shaggy, etc. She doesn't have time to take off her make-up and put her hair back to normal until they are putting the plan into action.
Corrected entry: At the end of the movie when Scooby jumps into Shaggy's arms and knocks him down. Shaggy is already falling backwards before Scooby actually lands on him. The CGI animators did not quite synchronize the jump.
Correction: Scooby is running from a distance, Shaggy can see that and knows that he's going to get knocked over, so he's bending over early to break his fall. The timing is actually quite accurate, because as Scooby touches Shaggy, Shaggy falls over quicker (as you do when getting knocked over by a Great Dane).
Corrected entry: In the first scene when Daphne has been kidnapped by the ghost, her scarf is around her neck, but when the ghost finds Shaggy and Scooby in the barrel, the scarf is around her mouth so she can't speak. How did the scarf get around her mouth?
Correction: The ghost probably found it around her neck and figured it'd make a good gag. So he tied it around her mouth to gag her.
Corrected entry: Just before the monsters atack in the restaurant area and the monster grabs the owner (really Scrappy Doo) and the floor goes up, it clearly shows that Daphne's feet are through the floor - really bad visual effects.
Correction: The camera shot doesn't go all the way to the ground, therefore it cuts off the bottom part of her feet. No animation errors.
Corrected entry: When they arrive at the theme park the sign can be read normally by those leaving the park. This would mean that the sign was backwards to those arriving by boat.
Correction: There are two signs, one at each end of the dock.
Corrected entry: Right after their first case of the movie, the gang gets into a tiff, and leave in seperate cars. Why did they all arrive in separate cars when they have the mystery machine?
Correction: Pamela Anderson drives through the wall of the Wow-O Factory. If Pamela was driving, Daphne, Fred, Shaggy, Velma, and Scooby Doo could not have arrived in it. They would have to have taken their own cars to get there.
Correction: When an actor happens to glance in the direction of the camera, it is to be presumed that he/she is merely looking toward the imaginary 'fourth wall', as if the camera is not there. As long as the actor does not 'break the fourth wall', this is acceptable.
