Marcie takes a win for her and Jill. J.J. chews out Chaos who later becomes Captain U.S.A. Foyt shows up to berate the Cannonballers and Seymour gets him to use the lighter in his car. He ends up ejecting himself into the sea. The Cannonballers celebrate and talk about next year.

Trivia: When J.J. is convincing Pamela to stay with them, Victor tells her "...and just think - we have a licensed physician on board in case somebody gets...swamp fever." Victor is played by Dom Deluise who played a doctor in "Smokey and the Bandit 2" who was first seen treating someone for swamp fever.
