Continuity mistake: When Spawn is fighting with the clown, who is in his big reptilian monster form, Spawn is thrown against a fence with pointed tops. He is impaled against them, but the ones right next to him are shaking as if they were made of rubber, not of metal. In the next shot, the spikes are stiff and solid and made of metal.

An assassin named Al Simmons (White) is double-crossed and murdered by his evil boss Jason Wynn (Sheen). Al makes a deal with the devil and returns to earth as Spawn to see his wife. Wynn has made a deal with the clown too and is suppose to destroy the world with a deadly virus that will help start Armageddon and allow Hell to attack Heaven. Spawn must choose between Good & Evil.
