Other mistake: When Georgie is following the paper boat there is construction equipment on the road that he goes around, there is something burning there but it's pouring rain.
Suggested correction: Those are oil lamps, they can keep burning in extreme conditions, including rain.
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene were the adults go back into the sewer, and they have the feeling: "Something is coming", you can see the shadow of the cameraman, twice. One time, coming closer from a pipe, and another time, moving away. Look on the right wall/right on the floor.
Bill: He thr-thr-thr-thrusts his fi-fi-fists ag-ag-against the pos-posts and...
Ben: He thrusts his fists against the posts and still insists he sees the ghosts. That's all it says over and over.
Bill: Th-th-thats w-w-what m-m-my m-m-mom g-gave me t-to h-help with my st-st-stutter.
