Suggested correction: It is likely he was not singing live, but the reasoning for saying it is obvious doesn't quite work considering two details. The first being that Blake Ewing was Broadway and choir trained for singing where he was taught to sing "big" so to say which involves a large amount of mouth movement making it look like he's singing when he's not.
