Other mistake: You can clearly see Mickey's stunt double's face at the fight in the nursery scene. (00:21:09)
Continuity mistake: The blanket covers of the baby change colors from white at the arena field to multicoloured at the arena hallways. (01:22:43)
Revealing mistake: When Quinn is ambushed at his home one shot shows the female caretaker lob a grenade at him before he kills her. It falls to the pool. However, when it explodes, you can see that the explosion is above ground. A further shot shows the pool exploding after that.
Factual error: When Quinn and Yaz jump out of the little sportplane, they use his little ball-parachute thingy. When it opens they just fall out. No foam, no stuffings. Nothing. Technically, they would have been smashed like bugs into the ground.
Revealing mistake: During the shootout at Quinn's home, the underwater shot of Quinn diving in his pool, you see bullets dive directly down. This can only be possible if someone was directly on top of him but you don't see any bad guy anywhere near the pool or overhead for that matter.
Plot hole: When Quinn is in the airplane, trying to get away, they are already above land, with civilization (you can see some buildings). There goes the whole isolated theory.
Continuity mistake: At the very end, when Quinn looks at this newborn baby, he has a little bandage around his right thumb. But earlier, when he was plotting his escape, he sliced of the thumbprint from his LEFT thumb.
Plot hole: When Quinn wants to escape, he takes a scalpel to slice off his thumbprint. A scalpel is a medical instrument, where did he get it?
Factual error: In the last combat scenes you can see Dennis Rodman firing an AT4 while being in the stadium, but if you know your guns, you sure know that there's at least a 15m minimum safety range BACKWARDS, or you'll get fried.
Continuity mistake: When Jack is on the ground of the Coliseum he gets a small wound on his left bone cheek which moves next to the ear in several shots later.
