Trivia: The crew hated producer Don Behrns, who was (allegedly) a total cheapskate who would rush the production and often refuse to rent equipment to save money. But the crew got their revenge. When they filmed the RV flip, Behrns demanded the crew remove the expensive swamp cooler attached to the RV so he could keep it and put it on his RV. Director Tom MacLaughlin and the crew left it on, and you can see it get utterly destroyed in the film. Behrns was furious while everyone else was deeply amused.

Revealing mistake: When the counselors show up at camp with groceries, Paula and Cort walk away with bags to take inside. However if you watch the reflection in the side of the truck closely you can see them sit down and wait for the scene to end. (00:17:55)
