Heroin Bob dies of an accidental overdose when they had a party. Bob started the whole punk lifestyle between him and Stevo, so when Bob dies the lifestyle for Stevo does too, He cuts off his blue hair and dresses nice and decides to go to Harvard just like his father. So he says that in the end he was nothing but a trendy ass poser. But notice he says it with a little bit of sarcasm - punk doesn't die, only posers die.
