Factual error: At the diner, the trucker reads about the three girls' abduction in the Daily Bugle, with their photos, as he recognizes them. Less than 3 hours after it happened. (Cassie said she would return in 3 hours and they had already gone to the diner before she arrived).
Trivia: The wallpaper in the hotel room, where the girls spend the night after the diner incident, matches the carpet in the hotel from The Shining.
