Continuity mistake: When the robot is discussing the possibilities of a sexual relationship, the level of liquid in Oliver Platt's glass goes up and down, depending on whether it is a long shot or close up.
Andrew Martin: Sir, is everything all right?
Sir: Umm. They've both gone now, Andrew. Well, things change, things always change. People move on. It's as it should be. But, what I realised today is that I'll never stop missing them.
Andrew Martin: Sir? One is still here.
Sir: And one is glad of that Andrew. Thank you.

Answer: It's been 20 years; everyone loses contact. Little Miss didn't know where Andrew was or how to contact him. He was constantly on the move. He contacted her, never saying specifically where he was or how long he would stay there.
