Continuity mistake: When Podcast and Phoebe talk about being Ghostbusters, there's a police note already stuck inside Phoebe's locker, 50 minutes before the scenes where the HQ is closed and police notes are stuck all over. Later on, Phoebe gets annoyed when she sees that very same note in the locker.
