Continuity mistake: When the women's legs are shown walking from the smoke, the one wearing a blue skirt and white socks has her left sock fall down in the scene. In the next scene, it is back up again.
Factual error: The tank used by the German platoon is a Soviet T54/55, which didn't come into service until 1948, after the Lapland War had ended.
Character mistake: Near the ending of the movie, when Aatami slips with his pickaxe under the plane, they hear a noise inside the plane and ignore the noise by saying it's just an old plane.
