Other mistake: Dante and The Agency both have extensive photos and videos of the team's previous exploits. Trouble is that most of it is simply stills and footage from the previous movies in the franchise, often occasions when nobody was around with a camera to witness and document what was going on, certainly not at the angles we see.
Continuity mistake: Roman exits the shipping container and walks past Tej towards Han. Shot on Han, and Roman is gone, only to reappear 30 metres ahead, walking up a staircase, a shot later. Too fast.
Revealing mistake: Tess fires her gun at the bar, but her finger is holding the grip - she never pulls the trigger.
Audio problem: Isabel tells Dom, "I think I still have her files," and then the shot changes to a side view of her moving her jaw, but no sound is coming out.
Continuity mistake: While driving down the Spanish Steps, Toretto drives next to a woman with dogs while a man lies on the floor, tying not to be run over. Shot is repeated from a different angle and right afterwards, Toretto keeps driving down towards the fountain for several seconds. Suddenly, the same guy reappears, falling down and lying on the floor, repeating all previous movements.
Continuity mistake: Dante arrives in Brazil and drops a bag and wads of money on the car's hood. A shot later, they have all changed position.
Continuity mistake: When Abuelita starts to toast, Brian's hands keep changing position in every shot.
Continuity mistake: When Roman exits the shipping container, Ramsey disappears only to reappear a shot later. Check the left plastic curtain as a reference: her feet should be visible, or at least her reflection.
Continuity mistake: Shaw corners Han against the armoured truck, with Han's head and body stuck right next to the vision block. Half a shot later, his head and body are in a different position, closer to the edge of the truck.
Continuity mistake: Dante arrives at Brazil and touches Isabel, while a woman in blue with her arms down stares. A shot later, her arms are akimbo.
Continuity mistake: On the bed, Dom cuddles Letty, placing his thumb on her crotch top. A shot later, his thumb is on her tummy.
Factual error: Though admitting the artistic license of Dom's car freefalling and safely landing on the damms' spillway, after it gets engulfed in flames both inside and outside, the fire doesn't burn or even scorch any of the tyres, upholstery, nor a single inch of Bryan or Dom's skin or clothes.
Revealing mistake: When Dante abducts little Brian from the trunk of the car, one can tell it's a stunt double with a much bigger build than the kid's.
Continuity mistake: When Dante chases Jakob's car in the tunnel, Brian is leaning outside of the car. A shot later, he's standing on the center part. Also, later on, when the boy is abducted, he swaps between being almost out of the car to standing tall, depending on the shot.
Deliberate mistake: A car plummeting 10 metres off from a plane, landing on two cars as if they were a pair of soft gymnastics pit mats, just to keep on driving without a single scratch - let alone a mechanical breakdown or the blowing up of a tyre - defies all laws of physics and common sense.
Continuity mistake: Dante frees Isabel and crosses his arms over his chest, making fun of her and Dom. From the immediate opposite angle, his arms are spread apart.
Continuity mistake: Dante holds Isabel's face with his left hand while holding a knife and licks her face. A shot later, his hand is lowered.
Continuity mistake: Tess shows up to save Isabel and kills a guy who falls towards her. A shot later, he has turned 90 degrees and is falling sideways.
Continuity mistake: Dante holds Isabel hostage in front of Dom and grabs the back of her head violently. Shot changes, and now his arm has moved to the side of her head, and her right arm is bent backwards. Shot changes again, and now he is grabbing her throat, and her arm is in a lower position.
Continuity mistake: When the stewardess brings Jakob his drinks, there's a close-up of his right hand stretching his hoodie to put the bottles in. The shot changes, and his right hand is resting on his lap, not stretching the hoodie.
Answer: It does - it's a massive cliffhanger leading directly into the next (and apparently final) film. The team's plane has been shot down and crashed, seemingly killing them all (but let's be honest, that's unlikely...). Dom and Little B survive the drive off the dam and crash into the river. Dante looks down on them and arms massive bombs along the length of the dam, they apparently have nowhere to run to... End of film.
