Other mistake: The "Ten Killer" slashed Katherine Hourback's face/head close to 50 times (off-screen), leaving her face covered in blood. When Dan found Katherine's body in his front yard, there was diluted blood on her face (mostly left side), but no indication that she had been slashed with a utility knife about 50 times. Also, during the slashing, the Ten Killer's "aim" seemed off (too high for a victim sitting in a chair and with no adjustment for how her head might move after each forceful blow). Turner's Island (2018)
Plot summary
The "Ten Killer" has been murdering women on Turner's Island for several years and is expected to return for more slaughtering now that it is October. Dan (homicide detective) and his partner (in two ways) Ally are trying to put an end to the murders. The party-going teens and young adults view this time of year as fun, exciting, and another reason to party-hardy (like it is Spring Break). Some people know the Ten Killer's identity and Ally's daughter Jess catches a glimpse of him after he kills one of her friends but, like the others, doesn't speak up. (There's a reason the Ten Killer has not been caught.) How many more senseless murders will be committed before the Ten Killer can/will be stopped?
