When he stands up, he is holding the drawing so that his right hand is positioned toward the bottom of the right-hand side of the page. Continuity mistake: When Vera is shown David's file by the doctor, whilst he says "You extracted a meningioma from his brain", she scratches the side of her head with her left hand and some hair is showing sticking up after doing so. When he first holds it up, the hand he is holding the coat with is positioned so that part of the coat is positioned above his hand.
