Other mistake: Chris whacked Sky with a tactical-type axe over her right shoulder. It isn't clear if the tip of the talon blade actually made contact behind her shoulder, but the straight part of the blade apparently severed the top of her shoulder and Sky had to forcefully pull it out. However, there was no initial blood splatter, barely any visible blood on her, and she was able to fight and swing the axe, raising her right arm above her head as if it had not been injured. Other mistake: Sky is quite thin, but is able to stand in front of Chris in a wheelchair and kick him in the stomach, knocking him onto his back (still in the wheelchair). If the wheel brakes were applied, the wheelchair might have moved back a little from the force; if the brakes were not applied, the wheelchair would have most likely rolled back several feet. It is unlikely that Sky's kick was forceful enough or at the right angle to knock over Chris in the wheelchair like she did. (00:43:18)
Factual error: The land was snow-covered, but it was raining during the nighttime "bedroom scene." The exterior view the next morning was not what would be expected IF it had rained on top of the already-accumulated snow. There wasn't even any indication that it had recently rained. At another time, the amount of snow accumulated along the driveway was much higher than previously shown although there had not been any obvious major storms - the weather was clear during their excursions. (00:13:38)
Other mistake: Montana, like other states, has an "open container" law which prohibits public drinking or carrying an open container of alcohol on public streets/sidewalks, but Chris and Sky left the bar carrying and drinking bottles of beer, casually strolling down the sidewalk. Sky, who works in the bar, surely knows that customers may not leave the premises carrying open bottles of beer and an on-duty employee should have stopped them. Wealthy Chris might not have cared about the misdemeanor offense/fine.
Continuity mistake: The position/angle of the telescope that Ronald uses to watch the nude lady and spot Sky in Chris' house doesn't match how the telescope was supposedly redirected. The telescope (which is already oddly angled toward the side window sill and initially corresponding to about 8:10 on a clock) would sometimes correspond to roughly 9:17 but awkwardly between 10:20 and 11:20 other times. Despite the different angles, Ronald was watching the same nude lady. (00:41:56 - 00:44:36)
