Continuity mistake: Sersi shows Ikaris the wonders of her smartphone filter; she presents the phone holding it just with her right hand, but in close-up she is holding it differently using also her left hand for support. (00:48:10)
Continuity mistake: During the interview that establishes that the protagonist is boring, behind Kingo you can see that there's a single seat at the back of the plane to the right of the door on the wall of posters. Kingo is talking to Sprite in front of the posters, and that chair is empty. She blurts out that Kingo abandoned her in Macedonia, and suddenly Kingo gets a reaction shot from Karun that was shooting from that seat. (00:48:30)
Continuity mistake: Gilgamesh opens the door and walks towards the oven outside. During the scene, the shadows by the oven change depending on the shot. (00:50:35)
Continuity mistake: Sersi and the others approach Thena that is painting something by some sort of tree; in the span of a few seconds the shadows cast by the tree and by Angelina Jolie's body have changed significantly (like from 3 o'clock to 6). (00:51:40)
Continuity mistake: Sprite projects one of her illusions to bring back to Thena the memories of her identity. When she says the line "The goddess of war", look at the reaction shot on Thena; for a moment her extended fingertips pops in frame, but only a few seconds later in a different shot we see her dematerializing the blade she was clutching. Continuity mistake: Angelina Jolie's stance and the position of her hair change between shots when Sprite dissolves the illusion dome that brought her back to normal. (00:52:50)
Continuity mistake: When everyone looks at Thena for biting the food off her fork with psycho stares at the guests, Kingo's hand goes on/off the mug several times. Particularly obvious when Gil obnoxiously says "I gave you the same thing, Sprite." (00:53:20)
Continuity mistake: Lunch at Gil and Thena's. Gilgamesh offers the mead to Kingo, and puts both hands on Patel's shoulders. Change of angle and Gil has just his left hand on him. (00:53:20)
Continuity mistake: During their lunch together, Sprite turns Gilgamesh's clothes into a baby onesie. Look at Sersi's arm; she changes position between cuts more than once. (00:53:55)
Revealing mistake: When inside the Forge Arishem says "I created the deviants, Sersi", you can spot Gemma Chan's beauty mark changing side - the shot is flipped. (01:01:15)
Continuity mistake: When Sersi is talking with Dane in the middle of the jungle, you can tell by the position of her fingertips in the reverse shot that she is holding the phone in a different way than the opening view. (01:10:45)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the fight in the Amazon, Sprite runs to Karun to protect him like Kingo asked. In the wide shot there's nobody on the porch behind him, but when she calls him 'young man' suddenly there are a couple of people there. (01:13:00)
Revealing mistake: During the attack on Druig's village, there's a shot of Gilgamesh and Thena running towards the camera, then stopping as two Deviants fly over them. During this scene, you can see Don Lee (Gilgamesh) briefly look straight at the camera (he's not looking at either the village or the Deviants, since they headed in the opposite direction). Continuity mistake: Sersi falls into the pool with the deviant and the pool is extremely deep, but when she turns the deviant into a tree and gets out, the pool seems shallow enough to stand in. (01:18:39)
Continuity mistake: Sersi is staring at the monstrous tree she shaped the Deviant into. Camera to her right; her wet hair is all behind her back. Close-up; hair cascades in front of her right shoulder. (01:19:10)
Continuity mistake: On the Hiroshima site, Ajak approaches Phastus. She puts her hand on his back, but it's on the shoulder in the next shot, and only later she slips it to his back. They change position also when she caresses his cheek and in the faraway shot that concludes the intermission. (01:24:55)
Continuity mistake: Phastos' son screams excited that Ikaris is Superman; Phastos calms him down with his hand, but his son touches him in return on the inside of the elbow. Next shot and Jack's hand is in a different spot. (01:26:20)
Continuity mistake: When for some reason the two Eternals in Phastos' living room feel they have to hide the fact that they're looking at his family life, they sit down in a rush and Ikaris reads some product placement. The objects on the table change position between shots - for instance, look at the Connect Four board. (01:26:55)
Continuity mistake: When Ajak lands on the fresh snow after she was pushed down, the camera is behind Salma Hayek, and we see her move her hand tap the snow a few times leaving some prints. Reverse angle, and there are fingerprints in the snow around the position her hand is in, showing it moved. (01:40:05)
Audio problem: When Sersi helps Phastus on his feet after the Unimind's plans exploded, she yells "He lied to us", but her lips are not moving. (01:46:40)
