Revealing mistake: When Teddy's Cadillac Seville is blown up, you can see that the engine, transmission and catalytic converter have all been removed.
Question: How did Teddy get out of the holding cell room when the cop was lying by the door? He was suddenly chasing down the bad cop and the crazy guy, but she was still blocking the door.
