Corrected entry: In the last scene, Martin Lawrence throws away the ring that he had been pursuing for the entire movie. There is a big deal made about this point. However, when he kisses his girlfriend, the ring is clearly still on his finger.

Correction: Remember the scene with the massuese. Well LaTisha set that up. The massuese was actually Martin Lawrence girlfriend. She took the real ring and replaced it with a fake that read "grow up" on the inside. When Martin finally gets the ring and reads that on the boat, both men figure it out about the massuese and the fake ring and then he throws it out. But when he sees his girlfriend she gives him the real ring back.
