Factual error: At the end of the movie, Effie comes out with two AA-12s. As she fires these guns, they have the sound, effects, and firing pattern of an assault rifle. These two guns are shotguns, not machine guns. (01:13:00)

Revealing mistake: When Dane throws the blade back at Nix he severs two of her fingers, along with the skull ring, from her right hand. A short while later, when Nix grabs a hammer and raises her right hand while shouting, "I have the power," there's a nice closeup showing all five of Nix's fingers gripping the handle.
