Continuity mistake: The snake bursts out of the toilet and breaks it into pieces. Angle changes to a wide shot and the toilet is unblemished.
Continuity mistake: The snake attacks Romero's right side of his face. From the angle shot from behind the snake is now in front if him, hidden by his head.
Revealing mistake: When Romero gets the harpoon stuck on his chest, he grabs the bulk underneath and you can tell that he squeezes the blood squib to pour the fake blood out.
Continuity mistake: Donna pushes the mugger against the crate with the snake, which smashes on the floor breaking into pieces. A shot later it's lying on the floor unblemished and the broken parts are gone.
Revealing mistake: When Donna destroys the helicopter, the cable holding it is visible.
