Continuity mistake: The protagonist and his friend are driving to the designated target. The headlights of the car behind them get significantly closer in a sudden cut during their conversation. (00:02:35)
Other mistake: Guido Mauri spots the police from the window. He tells his accomplice to go while he'll draw the guards' attention. Thing is, Marco is leaving through the same door they came from, and the police is already there. Yet he manages to slip unnoticed. Moreover, he leaves to Guido's right, but in the reverse shot you can see someone's head pop in frame on Guido's left for a moment. (00:04:10)
Continuity mistake: When Guido carjacks the Citroen, he pushes the driver off the seat in a spot entirely in the shadows. In the faraway view you can see he starts driving in a spot with the asphalt in direct sunlight. (00:10:50)
Other mistake: Guido runs over the brigand who just gunned down his woman (and that for some reason is eager to literally jump in front of the car despite being in perfect safety before). The car approaches the lorry driving on sunny asphalt already bearing in front of the car clear marks of the dangerous overtaking. In the next shot the marks are gone and so is the sun. (00:11:00)
Continuity mistake: Rizzo's sadistic lieutenant pokes and pats repeatedly Guido in the chest and calls him a "man of steel." When he turns around, the knot of his fancy scarf is folded differently compared to the previous shot. (00:17:20)
