Trivia: The Titans first encounter Slade while he's stealing a power crystal. They mistake him at first for the Marvel character, Deadpool and proceed to argue back and forth about him being Deadpool or not. With him saying that he's not Deadpool, that actually Deadpool should be saying he's not Slade. This is a joke and reference to the fact that the designer of Deadpool based his looks, abilities, and character originally off Slade/Deathstroke because he wanted to draw Deathstroke. Until Deadpool's backstory and personality were changed to what we know him as today.
Trivia: When Raven pulls the Time Travel Bikes out of a portal, the music that plays is the theme to Back to the Future.
Trivia: There is a mid credit scene where the crawl is interrupted by a sudden broadcast, showing the original Teen Titans in the classic show's art style addressing the audience and saying they "Think we found a way back." This is a teaser for the possible final release of Season 6 of Teen Titans.

Trivia: Superman says "Somebody save me" early in the film when he's annoyed and frustrated at the Teen Titans. This line is a reference to the theme song of the TV show Smallville, about a young Superman.
Trivia: Superman is voiced by Nicolas Cage. This is an inside joke and reference to the failed attempt at creating the movie Superman Lives in the 90's, which was to be directed by Kevin Smith and would star Nicolas Cage as Superman.
