Continuity mistake: When the kids take the map from Machete, there is no hat on the headboard, no table, no lamp or drink and his pillow has vertical lines. Yet in the following shot when Machete wakes up to hear the rumble of the plane's engine and realizes the map is gone, numerous things change drastically. The headboard, though similar, is not the same one, his pillow now has broad horizontal lines, there is a yellow hard hat hanging on the corner of his headboard and a lamp on a small table with a large drink on it, are beside the bed!! Visible crew/equipment: After Ingrid types on the makeup atop her vanity table in the close-up, the crew's reflector screen, which is positioned in front of Carla Gugino (Ingrid), is visible in the mirror's reflection to her right (it isn't part of the spy information scrolling on the mirror), in the following seven shots. Continuity mistake: When Carmen and Juni are in the Super Guppy being chased by Thumb Thumbs, they zoom towards the one-manned small boat. In the shot facing the small boat, its motor faces to the right of the Super Guppy, yet in all the following shots the boat now faces the opposite direction! Oddly enough, it's not a flipped shot. Also, in the shot facing the front of the Guppy as it actually flies over, the man sits much lower in the boat, before he bends down. (00:23:35)
Deliberate mistake: After Carmen rescues Juni on the boat/sub, he accidentally re-engages the autopilot and they submerge. In the next shot as two Thumb Thumbs jump off their speedboat, the name, 'Donzi', that is written across the side of the boat, is backwards. This shot is flipped. (00:24:10)
Continuity mistake: When Carmen and Juni drop from the mini spy plane near the castle, in the first shot as they fall Juni does not wear his air tank and regulator as Carmen wears hers, however, as they hit the water he wears it. (00:59:00)
Revealing mistake: After the Machete Bubbles knock-out the four Thumb Thumbs, Juni and Carmen descend on their individual wires, then once on the ground they remove their wires. The wires that remain hanging are not the ones they actually descended with. (01:02:10)
Revealing mistake: As the army of robots approach, there are close-ups of Ms. Gradenko smiling, and as she claps her hands her fake scalp wrinkles up where it meets her real forehead. Teri Hatcher's bald cap is blatantly obvious in quite a few shots. (01:16:45)
Continuity mistake: The characteristics and features of Floop's castle differ hugely in the exterior shots of the castle and the interior shots. One crucial example is all the windows in the grand room which are visible in interior shots, yet not in the exterior shots. (00:13:25 - 01:09:05)
Revealing mistake: When the BuddyPack zooms toward Ms. Gradenko at the safehouse it lifts her into the air and she flies backwards. In the shot facing her, the center bar of the wicker frame on the back of the bench is gone for the stunt, whereas in the previous shots it's intact. (00:40:00)
Continuity mistake: When Minion chains Gregorio and Ingrid in the robotics lab, the position of the colorful link chains that bind them differ in consecutive shots. (01:04:25)
Revealing mistake: When Juni descends on the wire to speak with Agent Donnagon the Fooglie, the wire attached at Juni's hip differs with the harness and wire that are attached to Juni's upper back in other shots. (01:01:30)
Revealing mistake: When Ingrid knocks off the head of the ice swan, in the first shot she is about to hit the middle of the neck from the front, yet in the next close-up of her arm it hits much higher and from the side. It is also blatantly apparent that it is not Ingrid's arm taking out the ice head in the close-up. (00:04:35)
Revealing mistake: When Carmen and Juni are in the submarine/boat and it jumps over the fishing boat, during the chase scene on the way to the safe house, you can see the landing tracks floating in the water when it comes down. (00:23:25)

Continuity mistake: When Juni and Carmen are swimming underwater into Floop's Castle, Juni admits to peeing in the water. Then once they're out of the water the clothes under the wet suits are dry.
Visible crew/equipment: When Ms. Gradenko tugs on the backpack that Juni holds, and yells, "You little brat!" a crew member's hand, wearing a silver ring, pulls on Juni's right shoulder! (00:39:40)
Visible crew/equipment: Once the Guppy dives, Carmen says, "We are definitely gonna be late for school." In the next few close-ups, when the shot faces Juni there is a blonde wearing a light shirt facing Juni on the left side of the screen. Carmen has very dark hair and wears a red jacket, so it's obviously not her and they're alone! (00:24:30)
Continuity mistake: When Ingrid and Gregorio are tied up at Floop's castle, the amount of rope wound round Ingrid differs from shot to shot. First there are seven strands, then six, then five - which is the first shot as the laser cuts, and all are not aligned straight. Then, in the last shot, as the laser still cuts through in the extreme close-up, there are six strands again which now lie perfectly! (00:29:30)
Continuity mistake: When Gregorio and Ingrid drive the kids to school, Juni's tie is first under his seat belt, then it is over the seat belt, and once again under the seat belt. Plus, the seatbelt near Juni's collar differs between his reflection on Floop's screen and the real Juni.
Continuity mistake: When Carmen and Juni confront their doppelgangers, after their parents ascend into the circular opening, at the end of the corridor there are many things, including two tall yellow lamps, near the window, as well as two large globes sitting directly on the floor, against the side wall nearby. However, after robo-Carmen throws Juni across the floor (btw, he disappears in the second shot), when he runs back up the corridor everything (no kidding) at the end of that hall changes and now the large globes sit on stands!
