Plot hole: When Doc outlines the plan to rob the Perimeter Trust bank in Dunwoody, he says it's "right next to the Buford Highway" which allows for a quick getaway. In reality, Buford Highway is multiple miles away from Dunwoody, with the section of the road the truck chase quickly transitions to being nearly 7 miles away. Similarly, this segment then quickly transitions to the John Lewis Freedom Parkway just east of Interstate 75/85, which is another 4 miles away.
Baby Driver (2017)
1 plot hole
Directed by: Edgar Wright
Starring: Kevin Spacey, Jon Bernthal, Lily James, Eiza Gonzalez
Continuity mistake: The car at the arresting scene was boosted by Baby a couple scenes earlier. When he gets arrested, he suddenly has a key of the car and turns off the engine. How did he acquire the key of that boosted car?
Suggested correction: We don't see him boost the car, though. He could have stolen it from somebody who was in the car, as he has done a couple times in the movie already.
Eddie: I said Michael Myers!
JD: This is Mike Myers.
Bats: It should be the "Halloween" mask.
JD: This is a Halloween mask!
Bats: No, the killer dude from "Halloween."
JD: Oh, you mean Jason.
Eddie, Bats: No!
Question: How long did Baby serve time in prison?
Answer: Baby is sentenced to twenty five years in prison, and is given a parole hearing after serving five years of the sentence. Baby is then released after the parole hearing, spending five years in prison.
Five years is correct - for one interpretation of the ending. Another possibility is that the ending we see is a fantasy and Baby served the full sentence. Some fans have this theory because Baby and Debora have not aged, and the car and her outfit are almost dreamlike in their presentation.
