Continuity mistake: When Walter is explaining his plan, after telling Merritt they may not be having fun but he is, Walter begins to walk away from the Horsemen, but in the next shot, is suddenly standing several meters from them. (00:36:30)
Continuity mistake: When Walter tells the Horsemen that the tube they were meant to jump down was twenty meters to their right, he tells them to sit down. When he is telling them to sit down, his right arm is still and motionless. When the shot cuts, his right arm is moving back and forth. (00:36:40)

Continuity mistake: When Walter Mabry is explaining how the Horsemen ended up in Macau he walks over to sit on the couch to show the slideshow of the plane trip. As he walks over, Atlas is not on the same couch as the other Horsemen, but when Walter goes to sit down he squeezes between all of the Horsemen with Atlas now on the end of the same couch as everyone else. Continuity mistake: When Walter is explaining his relationship with Owen to the Horsemen, Merritt's position changes whenever the shot is on him. He is either sitting on the couch with his arm on the arm rest and leaning forward, sitting with his arm on the arm rest and has his back against the couch or sitting with his back against the couch with his hand in his lap. Continuity mistake: When Walter is requesting the Horsemen to steal the computer chip, Merritt is seen with his bow tie untied. Whilst Walter is explaining that the chip is being previewed tomorrow, Merritt has the left side of the bow tie mostly covered up by his jacket, with some of the bow tie sticking out from it. After Walter says they just need to inspect and steal it, the entirety of the left side of the bow tie is now entirely obscured by the jacket. Walter then says back home they are wanted criminals and suddenly, part of the left hand side bow tie is suddenly sticking out from the jacket again. (00:38:45)
Continuity mistake: When Dylan is trying to get into the prison using Cowan's badge, the guard at the desk takes the badge off him to look at it. But later on in the movie, when the FBI director and Agent Cowan are watching the CCTV footage of Dylan and Thaddeus leaving the prison, the time on the CCTV shows them leaving the prison at 14:10, the middle of the day. Continuity mistake: When Dylan and Thaddeus are leaving the prison and are about to get into the car, Thaddeus tells Dylan his sources are telling him the Horsemen are in Macau. Answer: The only ones who knew the chip was fake were the Horsemen, no one else did. Walter did not know the chip was fake. The plan was to convince Walter that the chip was real so that they could lure him out of hiding with Walter attempting to kidnap and later kill them, and expose Walter to the public in doing so. They told the crowd after exposing Walter about the chip, because while it was a fake, they still had plans with it assuming it was real. If by "alert the FBI", you were referring to when Dylan gave the FBI director the evidence on Walter and Tressler, that was not the chip he gave to her, that was a hard drive containing all of Walter and Tressler's past dealings.
