Continuity mistake: At the end the nasty man is out of bullets so the Bad girl throws him a bullet from her rifle. He puts the bullet in but fails to revolve the cylinder so of course he loses as you would have to thumb-cock and pull the trigger 3-4 times to get to the live ammo. Dumb, dead desperado.
Factual error: The girls stop at a grave site, and the marker indicates the husband had died 3 years earlier, in 1888. Yet, later on, Cody tells Frank that they're going to the "Oregon Territory". Oregon had been a state for over 30 years by that time.
Continuity mistake: After the bank robbery in Aqua Dulce, Madelaine Stowe puts her part of the money into her bra. As the Kid is riding out of town he grabs the money from the top of her dress and tells her she knows where to find him, but right after that when she mounts her horse you can see the money sticking out of the top of her dress.
Other mistake: In the scene where Mary Stuart Masterson is breaking Andie McDowell out of jail, the rope she ties to the bars disappears then reappears.
Factual error: The end of the film sees the girls heading north to search for gold in the Klondike. One problem though- the film is set in 1891, and gold in the Klondike was not discovered until 1896.
