Continuity mistake: When they are on the back porch, watch the Coke bottle. The level of the liquid in the bottle goes down, then up, then down, etc.
Revealing mistake: Right at the start of the movie, Tom Ewell is in Central Station kissing his wife and son goodbye. When they are just about to leave, watch a kid on the left of the screen. He can't help staring at the camera.
Continuity mistake: In the very last scene Marilyn Monroe throws Tom Ewell the shoes he forgot to put on. He thanks her and waves, with one shoe still held in his hand. He turns round and walks away, with both shoes on.
Continuity mistake: Watch the label of the coke bottle in the porch: It moves around depending on the shot.
Continuity mistake: The first time Tom Ewell trips with the rollerskate his trousers get wet. In the next shot they are dry.

Other mistake: When Tom Ewell's character trips over a roller skate for the second time, as he approaches the skate rolls into his path from outside of the frame. He was living alone. What could have possibly propelled the skate all of a sudden?
Other mistake: When Helen shoots her way into the apartment and the door opens we see no bullet holes on the outside of the door. This revolver also apparently holds a dozen or more rounds.
