Continuity mistake: During the whole bus chase scene the bullet holes in Dom's window keep changing. Most noticeable when he rejoins the road and tells Rome to go back for the others. (00:54:50)
Continuity mistake: Dom's charger is being hit by various cars, 4x4s and trees in the bus scene, and is then in a shoving match with Shaw through the trees. However when he rejoins the road, the bodywork down the side of the car is immaculate. Even though it is reinforced, there should be scratches at the very least. (00:54:55)
Continuity mistake: After Letty saves Brian he is lying on the ground, and his unzipped sweatshirt changes from being open and completely off his chest in the overhead shot, to partially covering his chest in the side shot, and then back to off his chest. (00:58:30)

Continuity mistake: When the movie ends, Dom drives his car to a junction and the shadow points in a 9 o'clock direction. From the aerial angle, it points in a 3 o'clock. The shadow keeps changing positions all the time between shots. (02:08:00)
Continuity mistake: When the Maserati does a slow cruise through the cemetery during the funeral, all the windows are tinted black. A few minutes later after Dom chases him and they crash head on into each other, the windows are no longer tinted.
Continuity mistake: In this film we find out that it was Deckard Shaw driving the car that crashes with Han. We then see Shaw drop Dom's cross in front of Han before the car explodes. However back in Tokyo Drift, we see all around the car before it explodes and Shaw is not seen. Given the footage from this film, he should have been visible in Tokyo Drift.
Continuity mistake: When Dom watches the car plummet, he is either kneeling and staring downwards or with both legs awkwardly apart. This changes back and forth.
Continuity mistake: When Dom watches the car plummet and crash from the skyscraper, his jacket doesn't move. In the close-up, it flutters wildly. Then, a shot later, it's motionless again.
Continuity mistake: At the beach, the knob that locks the cooler keeps changing positions between shots: first it points in a 12 o'clock position. Then eleven o'clock, and finally 9 o'clock.
Continuity mistake: After the blast, Mia reaches Brian to comfort him while he touches his face with both hands. From the opposite angle, just one hand is on his face.
Continuity mistake: When Mia tells Brian that he has to help Dom, he lowers his arm. A shot later, it's raised, and he lowers it again.
Continuity mistake: When Mia lies down after the bomb explodes, her legs are parallel to the grass or perpendicular, depending on the angle. This changes back and forth.
Continuity mistake: When Mia tells Dom about the package that arrived, her hand is resting on the bag. A shot later, it's grabbing the strap.
Continuity mistake: Mia tells Dom that there's a package on the doorstep and walks towards it. A shot later, she's two metres away.
