Plot hole: When Russell tells Kyle's mom that Evolver will be destroyed, she should have brought up the fact that he's evidence in a murder, among other crimes. She's planning on taking them to court anyway, and it's implausible to think that she would just let it be after that.

Continuity mistake: When Dwight sits down on the bench after showering, his towel changes positions between shots.
