Continuity mistake: At the start when the stall holder is throwing her sign in the bin, the way it's facing changes between shots. In one shot the straight edge is facing left, then right, then left again. (00:13:10)
Revealing mistake: When we see the funeral, the coffin is lying on wooden planks across the grave as it should be. However, the green sheet is perfectly flat, but not stretched, showing there is no hole under the coffin. (00:45:00)
Audio problem: When the Russians fire at Mrs. Brown after jumping into the river we can see the slide lock back on the gun indicating the gun is empty and stopping the hammer from hitting the firing pin. However the gun still makes the click sound of the hammer hitting the firing pin. (01:16:10)
Continuity mistake: When Agnes and Dermot jump off the bridge, Grandad is a fair distance away in the boat. When Buster jumps just a few seconds later, Grandad's boat is in position for Buster to land in it. (01:14:15)
Suggested correction: That's because Mrs Brown and Dermot jump into the river scene was done in slow motion and Grandad was only 5 or 6 ft away from them.
Continuity mistake: Winnie states in the movie that when Redser died she was in London. However, in the TV series, she states she was with Agnus when Redser died. (00:51:30)
Continuity mistake: When we see the barrister in the pub, he puts his wine glass down. In the next shot he is holding it by his chest. (00:42:10)
Continuity mistake: When Dermot is talking to Mrs. Brown dressed as a gnome, the fish on his fishing rod is hanging loose in some shots and held by Dermot in others. (00:31:05)
Continuity mistake: When Patrick throws the dart to see what stall is next to go, he throws it from where he is sat to the side. However, the dart lands completely vertical as if dropped from above. (00:15:10)
Continuity mistake: The amount of cigarette left when talking to Winnie at the market keeps changing. (00:12:50)
Continuity mistake: When Dermot is talking to Maria and Mrs. Brown at the market his hands are constantly moving in relation to the top of the leaflets. (00:08:10)
Continuity mistake: At the start we see Mrs. Brown take a banner down in the street with one corner still suspended. When she's walking down the street the banner has gone. (00:03:50)
Continuity mistake: When the Russian crushes the fruit at Mrs. Brown's stall, a bit of pulp lands on her jumper, which then disappears when she hits him with the mallet. (00:30:25)
Suggested correction: That's because she bends down to pick up the mallet and as she bends down it naturally falls off her pink cardigan.
