It was in shots prior to that, and is the focal point of the scene with the preregistration sheet. But in the shot where he is just walking, his clothes and all are the same, but no necklace. Continuity mistake: When Martin hands in his preregistration sheet, the woman he hands it too asks him what PRC stands for. Between shots, her hands are holding the paper at the bottom, then at the top. (00:04:35)
