Continuity mistake: When John Travolta and Samuel L. Jackson are fired at in the apartment, the bullet holes are already in the wall before the gun is fired.
Directed by: Quentin Tarantino
Starring: Bruce Willis, Samuel L. Jackson, John Travolta, Christopher Walken, Harvey Keitel, Tim Roth, Ving Rhames, Uma Thurman, Eric Stoltz, Rosanna Arquette, Amanda Plummer, Frank Whaley, Laura Lovelace
Vincent (John Travolta) is shot and killed by Butch (Bruce Willis) when Butch goes back to the apartment to get his father's watch. Mr. Wolf (Harvey Keitel) helps Jules (Samuel L. Jackson) and Vincent clean up the car and get Marvin's body out of Jimmie's (Quentin Tarantino) house before Bonnie gets home. Ringo (Tim Roth) and Yolanda (Amanda Plummer), who rob the diner at the start of the movie, negotiate with Jules who lets them go (he gives Ringo some money and they walk off with a bag full of wallets and other stuff). Jules retires from the hitman profession. God knows what's in the case, we don't find out.

Vincent: Jules, if you give that fuckin' nimrod fifteen hundred dollars, I'm gonna shoot him on general principles.
Question: In the scene with Butch and Esmeralda in the taxi (right after he kills the other boxer), does anybody know why Quentin Tarantino made the view out of the rear windscreen look so fake?

Chosen answer: Tarantino is big on tribute to older films and filming techniques, hence the projection-style background.
