Continuity mistake: When we see Nasty Canasta's drink, you can see there are holes on the counter next to the glass when the bartender puts two ice cubes in it. When Daffy Duck dares Nasty Canasta to drink it, the holes have disappeared.
Continuity mistake: Porky Pig has stubble on his face when he is winding up the toy soldier, but when the townspeople pick him up after he has defeated Nasty Canasta, he is now clean-shaven.
Continuity mistake: When Daffy Duck points his gun at Nasty Canasta, Daffy is holding the gun with his wrist upwards, but when we see a close-up of the gun in the next shot, his wrist is now sideways.
Continuity mistake: When we see Nasty Canasta in the saloon, you can see that the hat he is wearing has a blue band around it. But when he drinks the drink that the bartender has made for him, the blue band is missing.
Continuity mistake: When Daffy Duck has finished his drink, he puts his glass next to another glass on the counter. In the next shot, both glasses have disappeared.
Continuity mistake: When the bartender prepares Nasty Canasta's drink, he opens a cabinet and you can see the three bottles have wording on their labels. But when the bartender pours the contents of the bottles into the glass, there is no wording on the labels.
Continuity mistake: When Daffy Duck opens his waistcoat to reveal his collection of badges, you can see his sheriff badge has the word "Sheriff" on it, but when he puts the badge on his coat, the wording has disappeared.
Continuity mistake: When we see Porky as the sheriff for the first time, he has his badge on the right side of his body, but when he says "Lucky for him it is a one-horse town", the badge is now on the left hand side.
Continuity mistake: When Porky puts the wind-up soldier on the ground, you can there is nothing next to the soldier when he puts it down, but in the next shot a smoked cigar has suddenly appeared.
Continuity mistake: When Daffy offers Porky a drink in the saloon, you can see Porky's face has stubble on it, but when he is reciting "Mary Had A Little Lamb" with Daffy, the stubble has disappeared.
Continuity mistake: When Nasty Canasta is drinking at the saloon, you can see that he has a hairy torso, but when he sees Porky's toy soldier during his showdown with Daffy at the end of the cartoon, his chest appears clean-shaven.
