Visible crew/equipment: After Rick is introduced to Lew Eisen, when Eddie/Joe sees Lew he tries to evade him. When Rick catches up with Eddie, there are at least five actors' T-marks visible on the ground. (01:29:20)
Visible crew/equipment: After Dianne tries to convince Eddie to go back inside telling him he's "still got tonight...because tomorrow everybody's gonna know who Joe West really is," when they go back inside while Rick's being told that he needs to get the band out on stage, a T-mark can be seen on the floor by Diane's feet. (Visible in fullscreen).
Continuity mistake: In the scene following Diane asking Eddie to play the New York City song in the hotel room, it shows the two vans trailing through snowy woods. In this scene the second van is a blue bus style van in lieu of the orange beater shown throughout the rest of the movie.
Audio problem: While Sal and Eddie are at the old boarded up church, Sal tries to convince Eddie that he's not responsible for Wendell's death, and when we hear Sal say, "Don't worry about being good enough," his mouth is saying something else.
Visible crew/equipment: When Lew and Dave are discussing the mystery tape while they're walking through the halls at Satin Records, just as they're walking into Lew's office we can see the movement of camera equipment under the painting, in the mirror's reflection at the left side of the screen.
Continuity mistake: In the flashback scene when Eddie is at the beach it shows him talking to Sal. In the first movie he was talking to Frank.
