Far and away the best "X-Men" movie. The plot, the acting, the action sequences, the special effects, everything is top notch. The final scene, in my opinion, is the best final scene in any superhero movie.

Factual error: Charles, Eric, Logan and Hank are seen flying in a Gulfstream II, tail number N540EA. This aircraft was manufactured in 1975. It didn't exist in 1973.
