Continuity mistake: After Redmond is killed, when the flashback starts, Leonard's back is to the main door of the cabin. When the flashback is over, his back is to the kitchen.

Continuity mistake: They say Eden's former partner died in a diving accident in Barbados. Later in the movie, they are looking at statements from witnesses to the drowning from Bermuda.

Visible crew/equipment: The camera is reflected in the glass of the gas station after the woman calls the cops on the killer. It's visible on the right side before the shot cuts.
Continuity mistake: Vincent has a diagonal "V" or wishbone-shaped tattoo (possibly a scar) on the right of his neck when he gets to prison, but it becomes a vertical line of letters (possibly chain links) seconds later. (00:05:39)

Continuity mistake: The cucumber half is facing in the opposite direction after the camera shift. The flesh is toward the right of the screen, then to the left. Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the stampede, as the barriers fall, a woman can be seen falling with them. The camera cuts to an overhead view and she's no longer there as the crowd surges forward.
Plot hole: When James leaves the resort after finding his passport, he packs his bags and boards a bus headed for the airport. The bus is then intercepted by Gabi and the gang, and James gets off, leaving his belongings on the bus. The following morning, when he proceeds to leave the resort a second time, he is shown packing his bags in his hotel room, despite having left them on the bus.
Suggested correction: We only see him get off the bus, the next shot is him walking with the cars behind him. They could have got his stuff from the bus in between shots.
Continuity mistake: Hera takes a sip of coffee, holding the Styrofoam cup in her right hand, but suddenly holds the cup - still at her mouth - in her left hand. (00:05:52)
Continuity mistake: When Uncle Ollie puts his hand over Delilah's mouth, he also clasps the right side of her hair, practically covering half of her face. Uncle Ollie does not remove his hand from Delilah's mouth, but her hair is to the side of her face. (00:17:30)
