Continuity mistake: During the ambush, young Jack, on horseback, takes off after the wagon which is carrying his wounded fiancé. The chase is long including a cut away and yet the wagon winds up only yards away from the ambush where the chase began.
Continuity mistake: Jack McKinney is lying in his hospital bed wearing his glasses when he is practising tying his shoe laces. He flings the shoe in disgust, at which time Jerry Buss walks in and hands the shoe to McKinney, whose glasses are now on the table.
Continuity mistake: Toward the end of the episode, our intrepid heroes stash their large black bags as they run through the market. They run through the market for the next several minutes with only their machine guns. They later board the waiting speedboat but when they disembark, they have their bags.
Continuity mistake: Obi-Wan Kenobi exposes Haja Estree. He asks for his help. When he hastily says "Yeah I'll do it!" Kumail Nanjiani's right hand is curled in a loose fist or fully opened, back and forth as camera angles switch. (00:08:25)

Continuity mistake: When Yoo-hee is looking at photos on her phone, in one shot, she is shown zooming in on a photo. When this happens, her little finger is placed against the bottom of her phone. In the next shot, her little finger is placed against the side of her phone. (00:16:17)
Continuity mistake: S4 E1 The Art of Open Fire Cooking - Chef Dale plates the Romesco from the cutting board to a white bowl. In the next shot, the Romesco is back on the cutting board. (00:15:41)
Continuity mistake: Towards the end of the episode, when Ted is in the remote shed, he is shot by an older woman with a shotgun. The blast is shown a second or two later in an exterior view.
Continuity mistake: When Maddy says that they will be able to go on a holiday together, Trevor's right index finger is on the right side of his phone, but in the next shot, it is on the back of it. (00:06:22)

Continuity mistake: Dwight confronts Thresher about the bombing and tells him he has the licence plate number, while he only has a partial number. Thresher then tells Jackie that Dwight has a partial plate number.
Ben & Teller - S2-E2
Continuity mistake: The hole in the drywall that Ben creates goes from a circle to a square, and back to a circle.
Continuity mistake: When Park Eun-hee is talking into a video camera there are some on-screen icons for the camera: zoom, battery level, etc. Initially there are two guide lines on the zoom level bar. When the view changes then switches back a few seconds later, there is only one guide line.
Continuity mistake: When Prince Aegon tells King Viserys that everyone knows that his grandsons are bastards, he's looking straight at him but in the next shot he isn't.
The Gloaming - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: When we first see the guy in the tunnel, he runs to the left in the first shot. The next time we see him, he runs to the right.
Continuity mistake: The gas station scene where Kliner Jr. is leaning against Roscoe's truck. It starts as the passenger side, then cuts to him moving away, and she enters the drivers' side.
Continuity mistake: Detective Morales gets in the suspect's face and holds up two fingers. The view switches to the suspect's face and now Morales has three fingers in his face. (00:04:45)
