Hard Times - S1-E3
Other mistake: Crowley shows acute discomfort while inside the church with Aziraphale and the Nazi spies as he is on consecrated ground. However, (spoiler alert) once the bomb destroys the church he is perfectly comfortable. The key word here is "ground" - it is the land upon which the church stands that is consecrated, not the building itself. (This allows churches to be rebuilt if they are demolished or destroyed.) Crowley should still be in considerable discomfort after the church has been blown up.
Other mistake: "Blue" checks out Cara Dune's record and talks to her in stellar terms, obviously she's a great gal. When Mando and her met in episode 1-4, Cara said that if she even tried to board a vessel registered with the New Republic, she'd be captured and be put in jail for life.
Other mistake: When Harold goes to kill his father, we see his dad on the seat moving each time we hear the hammer, but if you look at his head, you don't see anyone hitting him at all.
What They Saw in Southie High - S1-E2
Other mistake: Agent Rohr asks who the cold case is related to. A dossier is given to him and the front cover contains a photograph and the name "Kanicki, K". Agent Rohr says "Kelly Kanicki" but there was no indication of the full name, just the initial. (00:08:30 - 00:09:00)
Other mistake: A man that has just been hypnotized forces his wife to remove a metallic quarter-sized object from the back of his neck. The man had been suffering from health problems ever since an alleged alien abduction. He stated that he had been seen by many doctors but none could figure out what was wrong. A quarter-sized metallic object beneath the skin of the back of his neck protruding as a bump, and no doctor ever saw it? Highly improbable. (00:31:20)
Other mistake: The extent to which the classmates wrapped Miles in cellophane with his hands folded in front of his groin would make it difficult, if not impossible, for Miles to get out of the lake alive on his own. Miles did not drown... or suffer any injuries.
Episode #1.1 - S1-E1
Other mistake: When Tony walks by the school there's a girl in a blue dress with a hula hoop that can't stop staring at the camera.
Other mistake: When Seiya blasts with his special move the helicopter, causes an explosion, but there's no damage on the vehicle nor smoke, fire or any sign of what he has done when we see it spin and eventually crash-land. (00:13:50)
Who Are You? - S1-E4
Other mistake: Magpie is surprised by the guard at the beginning of the episode; the guard is running in the room, hand going for the gun. After a cut to her with close-up on her elaborate fetching of the bombs with her awkward nails, the man is standing still, hand down his leg, only then going for the weapon. Two bombs fall at his feet, one per foot, touching the feet directly. Obviously he just looks at what they are instead of jumping back, and they explode in a single mushroom cloud CGI explosion, to his left. (00:01:10)
Eye of Horus - S1-E6
Other mistake: A bomber leisurely throws a backpack into a trashcan, which explodes moments later. It does not seem to weigh much, and is easily handled by one hand without effort. Later, we learn that the bomb used about 100 pounds of ammonium nitrate. There could not have been 100 pounds of ammonium nitrate in that backpack considering how easily it was handled. (00:01:30)
Other mistake: Legasov is told that a 30km zone will be evacuated, shown as an ill-founded cabinet decision. Legasov himself proposes a 200km zone. At the end of the episode, Legasov appeals to Gorbachev (General Secretary) and asks him to evacuate 2600 square kilometers. It's easy to check that this is a 29km radius circle, nothing like the 200km he proposed.
No One's Gonna Harm You, Not While I'm Around - S1-E5
Other mistake: When Mitch is getting escorted out of the building, he gets in an elevator. Just as the elevator doors begin to close, Bradley Jackson jumps in the elevator to have a conversation with Mitch. As she does, the elevator doors continue to close, even though she has jumped right in front of them while they are closing. Elevator doors have a safety sensor, and the safety sensor would have been triggered by Bradley jumping in the elevator as the doors are closing, and the doors would have reopened.
Other mistake: The Zeds infect others through directly touching them. This rule extends to touching their clothes and backpacks, which makes no sense.
Other mistake: A Mexican pilot based in Ensenada is interviewed. He owns a 1983 Cessna 172 aircraft. When they show it in the air, it is a 2005 Cessna 182 based in San Antonio per the FAA database. A US registry aircraft would not be based in Mexico, owned by a Mexican pilot. (00:11:20)
Other mistake: After the initial flashback, the action is set at night - yet Kai's phone indicates 12:52 PM at home and then 1:53 (PM, in Lu's text message) at Uncle Six's. (00:05:20)
