Other mistake: Constantine is driving along a road and an big rig truck is heading for him head on. The truck honks and they both hit the brakes, stopping just a foot away from each other. But at the speed the truck was moving it could not have possibly stopped so quickly. It would have skidded into Constantine's car. (00:35:00)
Other mistake: When Tyler is in the bathroom brushing his teeth, he is facing a wall-sized vanity mirror. The mirror should not be able to reflect the window along the adjacent wall (along the right side). Also, regardless of what angle of Tyler the mirror is reflecting, it reflects the same image of the wall. (00:30:26)
Other mistake: When Vera returns to her house, a calendar with 2017 listed as the year can be seen on the wall. The present-day scenes take place in 2014, so there shouldn't be any reason for anyone to have a 2017 calendar. (00:56:55)
Other mistake: The "Ten Killer" slashed Katherine Hourback's face/head close to 50 times (off-screen), leaving her face covered in blood. When Dan found Katherine's body in his front yard, there was diluted blood on her face (mostly left side), but no indication that she had been slashed with a utility knife about 50 times. Also, during the slashing, the Ten Killer's "aim" seemed off (too high for a victim sitting in a chair and with no adjustment for how her head might move after each forceful blow). Other mistake: The spacesuit on the cover of the film looks almost nothing like the suits that are actually in the film itself.
Other mistake: In the close-up of the gun freshly printed, there's a bunch of molten plastic by the gun cylinder and the grip. Waikiki retrieves it right away, bare handed, and the bed is completely clean too. (01:03:25)

Other mistake: Everyone arrives on set at the same time but somehow Beast Boy goes and returns to the toilet within seconds.
Suggested correction: This is a case of cartoon logic at play, and therefore is not a mistake. Within seconds of Beast Boy going to and out of the bathroom most of the other Titans also somehow go in and do their thing and then leave the bathroom right after each other with no real time between. This is just part of the silly world of this cartoon.
Other mistake: The opening text crawl stated that Ellen Taper Leigh (Annie's mother) died on April 3rd, 2018. But after the family return home after her funeral, the screen on Annie's laptop is shown at one point, and the date is listed as 10/9/2017. (00:00:25 - 00:06:51)

Other mistake: There was no nameplate on the judge's desk; there should have been some type of nameplate stating something to the effect: "Honorable Judge ____ Ross." The judge did not receive his due respect. Perhaps it is not surprising that wardrobe thought it was acceptable for Marcus' friend Seamus to wear faded jeans with ripped knees to court. Many judges will tell inappropriately-dressed people to leave the courtroom.
Other mistake: At the very beginning when Riley shots the dude in the head, the blood comes out but the bullet does not break the glass.
Other mistake: When Glass is walking around the sub before leaving Scotland we see 2 men in their bunks. Just as the camera pans in to look at them, a third man in the corridor can be seen to stand aside and let the camera pass before continuing. Captain Glass is not near this sailor at the time. Other mistake: The SUV hits a snow embankment. Immediately afterwards, there are no tyre tracks in the snow behind the SUV. (00:31:35)
Other mistake: The remaining four people at the power plant are evacuating ahead of the explosion of the bomb they set. They are running towards the helicopter to escape. The scene shows the helicopter with the rotors already turning. But there is no-one on board, much less a pilot to have started the helicopter. (01:21:10)

Other mistake: After the three kids took the car and caused a 19-car pile-up on the 141, Social Services got a court order removing them from the home and parents were not allowed to see them. Social/Child Welfare Services try to maintain or preserve the family unit and view removal from the home as a last resort or in cases of severe neglect or abuse that endangers the child. Social Services would not be likely to take such drastic measures for this incident. The driver may have been adjudicated a PINS.
Other mistake: Reggie said, "Dr. Malloy, I'm looking at your resume. It says you got a Ph.D. in veterinary medicine and that you actually have a successful practice right now." This means Malloy's° are D.V.M.-Ph.D (doctor of veterinary medicine and doctorate in veterinary medicine or science). It makes little or no sense to point out the Ph.D. when Dr. Malloy is a practicing veterinarian. Reggie seems surprised that Dr. Malloy "actually" has a successful practice, but this is mostly what a DVM does. (00:01:18)
Other mistake: In the cast list during end credits, the name "Wang Jin's granddaughter" is missing a 'T', misspelling it as "granddaugher". (03:50:25)
