Plot hole: How does the little girl Nina know Ferdinand's name if only the animals can communicate with each other? They're all calling him Ferdinand before she "names" him that.
Plot hole: Sea-Plane tells the group that he has tried twice to cross the canyon and complete the transportation level. It would have made no sense for him to be completing that level moving toward the jaguar if he didn't have the jewel needed to finish the game. Either he had been given a jewel and it was reset back and given to the new players or there could be more than one jewel in the game but he doesn't mention having his own jewel.
Plot hole: The testimony at the beginning is dismissed as "hearsay" by the judge, but it isn't! It's eyewitness testimony under oath - the judge/jury determine how much weight it has as evidence, not dismiss simply because there's no physical evidence supporting it. The testimony itself is the evidence. Hearsay would be if the witness was testifying that someone else told him what happened. But he's saying he saw this with his own eyes - very different.
Plot hole: It was said that Paddington was caught red-handed robbing Gruber's store however there is no evidence to prove this and most of all the stolen item; the pop up book wasn't in Paddington's possession.
Suggested correction: There is evidence to make people believe he broke in. The evidence that he was in the building confirmed that he "broke in", and Phoenix's testimony that no-one else was there was enough to convict.
Plot hole: Snow Falls is a minuscule town with no cell phone signal, one cab, a couple buses going in and out all day. A huge snowstorm has been announced, to the point that the Sheriff had to round people up and bring them to the shelters and Jake is housing real refugees from the storm. Later the same night, Jake and Ellie go for a walk in town, which has activity, all stores open, other people taking a nice stroll in the nice foamy fake snow. There shouldn't be a soul in that kind of small town in the middle of the night regardless, but after a storm even? (00:56:10)
Plot hole: There's no way that plane could have crashed and stayed intact like it did.
Plot hole: When the kids barricade themselves in the basement, Brent and Kendall try to cut through the door, but Josh fends them off with a pistol he stole from his dad. After that scene, though, the pistol completely disappears from the plot; Brent and Kendall don't consider it when they try to gas the children out, and neither kid appears to have it after they escape into the house.
