Continuity mistake: When the armored truck is headed to Raccoon City, there is a shot of 2 cars close together that instantly become further apart. (00:22:50)
Character mistake: When Mike's wife is watching the news about the oil rig on fire, you can see the TV with part of the U.S. map on it and 'Mississippi' is misspelled as Missisippi. (01:09:10)
Continuity mistake: The cursed necklace is shown emitting its evil fumes on the white paper of the letter, but the letter itself is perfectly 90° with the envelope, or at a different angle. (00:06:20)
Continuity mistake: When Sebastian is talking with his sister in his apartment, the clock on the wall strikes 2:55, in the next shot it strikes 10:50.
Continuity mistake: When the G.R.S. team is on their day off (9/11 anniversary), Tanto is seen video chatting with his wife. In the frontal shot of him, he's using a Samsung smartphone, but in the next shot, it changes to a Blackberry. This is done multiple times throughout the scene.
Continuity mistake: When Sook-Hee goes to Fujiwara's room after he arrives at the mansion, he is shown in the background of shot tying his bow tie. Whilst Sook-Hee begins to slide the door shut, Fujiwara lowers his right arm. We then cut to Fujiwara inside the room after the door closes, where he has both hands on the bow tie. (00:26:25)
Continuity mistake: This is after the minotaurs have found Horus and Bek. As Horus is fighting the second to last minotaur, he breaks off both of its horns. In the next shot, only one horn is broken. (00:52:30)
Visible crew/equipment: When the zombie outbreak begins on the train, Seok-woo runs into one of the train cars that have no zombies, carrying Su-an with him. He places Su-an on the ground, and just before he does so, a yellow tape marker can be seen on the ground, allowing the actor to know where to place the little girl actor when he stops running. Continuity mistake: When Rebecca is reading on her iPad and Tom, as Mr. Fuzzypants, reading the newspaper, there is a bowl of strawberries and blueberries on the table, positioned about a foot away from the newspaper. In the next shot, the bowl of strawberries and blueberries is suddenly much closer to the newspaper. (00:54:45)
Continuity mistake: When the helicopter has crashed and the President and Banning are standing outside, Banning removes his radio and earpiece and throws them to the ground. The earpiece is back in the next shot. (00:40:00)
Character mistake: The Master of Psychology Degree from Tulane University has a spelling mistake. School of Political Sciences is spelt 'Scineces'. (00:54:05)
Revealing mistake: When Gabby and Fin are hanging off the building in Las Vegas, you can see that Gabby isn't holding on to anything in some close-up shots. (00:11:47)
Character mistake: In the newsreel during the growing tensions, a newspaper headline featured with great importance goes like this; "ABUCTED son not yet found." (00:04:30)
Continuity mistake: After the mercenaries kill everyone in the desert, there are two guys looking at them using two monitors. The pencil below them changes from white to blue.
Continuity mistake: When the three girls decide it's high time to make their own sorority, they begin to jump all over the place excitedly. Nora for the greater part of the scene has worn big pink glasses on top of her head, but they are in her hand as the jumping ensues. However, cut to Dustin shouting at them from the door, and Nora's glasses are back on her head. (00:12:25)
Other mistake: Kassidy drives up to the drive through in the rain. In the next shot the ground beneath her car is dry. (01:29:00)
Revealing mistake: When Austin goes to write the Roman numeral "XVII" on the chalkboard, the erased numerals from a previous take are still visible where he's about to write it. (00:41:36)
