Plot hole: After escaping from execution, the assassins still made use of throwing knives out of their garments as they ran through the city. These would have been removed from them before they were shackled in the cell.

Plot hole: When the dome of crystal collapses, all the animals inside immediately grow old, including Brook, implying that the magic from the crystals is completely gone. However, when a tiny piece of crystal lands in the hot spring, it creates a 'fountain of youth' which the animals then bathe in to regain their youth. If that little piece of crystal worked, then why didn't the many crystals from the broken dome still work? Also, how is Brook able to leave the fountain of youth and go looking for Sid at the end of the movie without growing old?

Factual error: When Tripp enters the garage and we see his truck in progress, he states that the truck will have 425 horsepower. The Hemi pulled out of the Terravex truck is not a 6.4L Hemi (only a 5.7L Hemi) and even if it was a 6.4, they only produced 410 horsepower in the heavy duty trucks. The 5.7L Hemi makes 375 horsepower in the trucks and 390 horsepower in the cars.

As the camera faces the salesman's car, he puts up the window advertising the fake bag gag. As the camera faces out towards the passing car, the window goes up again. Later, a truck passes by, and the salesman does the same thing, but the message is now in Spanish, without the man stopping to change it. A moment later, the window advertisement (seen from inside) appears to be in English during the same scene.

Continuity mistake: When they are in the big hall he goes to demonstrate that he can shoot. He shoots 5 arrows. When you see the arrows hit the bowl only three hit. (00:32:00)
Sometimes he shoots 2 at a time. He does shoot 3 times, but he shoots five arrows.
The correction is valid. He never shoots 2 arrows at once. You may need to watch in slow motion if you can't see what happened. He grabs 3 arrows with his right hand and keeps them in his hand as he shoots 1 arrow at a time. This is probably most obvious on the 2nd shot where you see the 2 arrows in the bow, but when he releases his hand, you see one arrow still in his right hand and 1 arrow leaving the bow.
He starts holding all 3 arrows, shoots 1, reloads holding 2, shoots 1, then reloads and shoots the last arrow.
Character mistake: In the newsreel during the growing tensions, a newspaper headline featured with great importance goes like this; "ABUCTED son not yet found." (00:04:30)
