Continuity mistake: At breakfast in the BFG cave the bottle of frobscottle is taken from the table by the big bad giant when he says "I is taking this", only to show up again when Sophie clambers out the shnozcumber.

Other mistake: Just before Patricia Whitmore's plane (no. 107) is shot down, it is briefly shown with its number mirrored.

Continuity mistake: This is after the minotaurs have found Horus and Bek. As Horus is fighting the second to last minotaur, he breaks off both of its horns. In the next shot, only one horn is broken. (00:52:30)

Character mistake: When the elder Vulcans inform young Spock of the death of the older Spock, they show him a tablet that has him listed as "Second Officer - USS Enterprise." Spock was First Officer.

Revealing mistake: When the hiker's body is taken out of the cottage, it is so obviously a dummy - you can see the join in the neck.

Plot hole: After escaping from execution, the assassins still made use of throwing knives out of their garments as they ran through the city. These would have been removed from them before they were shackled in the cell.

Plot hole: In Kung Fu Panda 2, Shen says he waited 30 years since he destroyed the Panda village, and Po was just a baby at the time. However, in Kung Fu Panda 3 Mr. Ping says he raised Po for 20 years before he told him he was adopted. (00:31:15)

Plot hole: When the dome of crystal collapses, all the animals inside immediately grow old, including Brook, implying that the magic from the crystals is completely gone. However, when a tiny piece of crystal lands in the hot spring, it creates a 'fountain of youth' which the animals then bathe in to regain their youth. If that little piece of crystal worked, then why didn't the many crystals from the broken dome still work? Also, how is Brook able to leave the fountain of youth and go looking for Sid at the end of the movie without growing old?

Audio problem: On the beach, when Rodrigues asks when Inoue-sama will arrive, the Interpreter tells him that he is not coming. Rodrigues then says "He treats me kindly", but his lips do not move along with the speech. He just nods. (01:48:55)

Continuity mistake: After the seal runs away from Vera, the area where Vera is standing in the ice begins to crack. When Vera's phone starts ringing, her left foot is positioned around a foot away from the crack. Vera never changes her position, but when the shot is on her feet, her left foot has suddenly moved much closer to the crack. (00:22:05)

Factual error: When Tripp enters the garage and we see his truck in progress, he states that the truck will have 425 horsepower. The Hemi pulled out of the Terravex truck is not a 6.4L Hemi (only a 5.7L Hemi) and even if it was a 6.4, they only produced 410 horsepower in the heavy duty trucks. The 5.7L Hemi makes 375 horsepower in the trucks and 390 horsepower in the cars.

Other mistake: When the children arrive in Blackpool, Emma tells Jake that loop entrances can be anywhere and that "the one in London is in a subway tunnel", but on the map of all the loops they were viewing previously inside the boat, there was no marking of a loop in London.

Continuity mistake: While travelling with the novelties salesman, a passing car's occupants yell about the bag of groceries on top of the car. As the camera faces the salesman's car, he puts up the window advertising the fake bag gag. As the camera faces out towards the passing car, the window goes up again. Later, a truck passes by, and the salesman does the same thing, but the message is now in Spanish, without the man stopping to change it. A moment later, the window advertisement (seen from inside) appears to be in English during the same scene.

Plot hole: The Chinese army displays a great variety of (often anachronistic) weapons and they spent considerable resources arming and reinforcing the Great Wall to challenge the beasts who have been plaguing their land every 60 years for thousands of years. but despite having records of magnets being effective against them, with magnets being well known to them for centuries (early magnetic compasses were available in the IV century BC, and the movie is set in the XI century) they made no use of that at all.

Continuity mistake: The wounds that Juda got on his face from the fall from the horse at the beginning of the film, disappear the very same day.

Other mistake: During the climax, when Junior reactivates the baby manufacturing machine, the first baby to emerge from the machine is naked. The machine's hands diaper this baby. However, when the other babies emerge from the machine they're already wearing diapers. (01:15:45 - 01:16:25)

Continuity mistake: In the first scene, the old alien man comes to pick up his spaceship and Ratchet instructs him to "Now, let's fire up that mag booster." The old alien pushes the switch forward to start the mag booster. Later in the movie, Ratchet flips the switch backwards to "engage mag booster" as Clank commands. (00:06:30 - 00:26:30)

Continuity mistake: When they are at Sarah's house, the boy's father tells her to go outside and ask Lucas to pull the van around back. When Sarah walks to talk to Lucas her long braided hair is tucked into her shirt and her arms are crossed. In the next shot when the camera comes back, her hair is on the outside of her shirt despite her arms still being crossed. (00:45:55)

Character mistake: In the newsreel during the growing tensions, a newspaper headline featured with great importance goes like this; "ABUCTED son not yet found." (00:04:30)
